Planning was done across scattered spreadsheets: hours of manual consolidation every week, data-entry errors, and purchasing decisions made on stale data.
The solution
We built a web application that centralizes consumption history, runs forecasting models per product family, and generates replenishment alerts. The team went from consolidating data to deciding on it.
